Disappointing

I played this for a while, liked the graphics. I had accumulated assets, reached level 16. Signed on one day and everything was GONE, gems, keys, collections, achievements ! I had to start all over again at level 1. Very disappointing !!! I will play once in a while but wont waste much time or money on this game.
